Welcome! Copper Creek Counseling, LLC offers mental health counseling to all ages. Emily has been in practice as a Mental Health Therapist for over eight years, and works with adults (age 17 and older). Emily has experience in working with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) which is particularly effective in working through trauma. Mathew has been in practice as a Mental Health Therapist for over six years, and works with children and young adults (ages 5-25). Mathew has experience working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and trauma including Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Both Emily and Mathew do their best to focus on providing empathetic, client-centered care. A client's hopes and goals for what they would like to accomplish by participating in counseling are of utmost importance in regard to treatment.
